Supporting Peers:
The Anatoliah Way

Lesson 3

A recent study showed that one in four young people in the world feel lonely.

Having supportive friends can help you feel good about yourself and block out the negative stuff around you. Trust is super important because a good friend makes you feel safe to share your feelings without worrying about being judged. That’s why, in the last part of the presentation, I’ll talk about the steps to becoming an emotionally intelligent leader. These steps are:

Talk about your emotions
Get things off your chest

Listen to those in need of help
Attention is a superpower

Thank someone for inspiring you
Gratitude and fear cannot co-exist

Q&A and The Pledge:
