Setting Goals:
The Anatoliah Way
Lesson 2
A recent study showed that Setting goals improves overall academic performance.
In today’s fast-moving world, constant notifications can make it hard to focus, which can get in the way of reaching your goals. That’s why I will help guide students through three steps to set and achieve powerful goals. These steps are:
Who do you want to be?
Without a target, there's no goal
What tools are needed?
Habits become your essence
Who are you doing it for
A "why" is a game changer
Close out:
Students will hear a brief story of how a piñata, at my 8th birthday celebration, taught me a special lesson about not giving up.
