About

Gratitude—and a single, heartfelt message of hope from my mother—changed the trajectory of my life.

My name is Mike Fana . As an immigrant child in the late 1980s, I arrived in a small city just north of Boston, overwhelmed by the unknown. I struggled with identity, belonging, and the heavy burden of starting over. But amidst the confusion, my mother’s words lit a spark that carried him through my darkest moments.

That message guided me to become the first in my immediate family to attend college in the U.S (Berklee), land a position at a global financial firm, and even gave me the courage to audition for America’s Got Talent. Yet none of those milestones compare to the moment I stood in front of a group of incarcerated teens—sharing my story, my failures, and the difficult life choices that shaped my path.

It was in their hugs, their eyes filled with hope, and the words they shared with me afterward that I understood: this is my purpose. That precise moment gave birth to The Anatolia Workshop and passionate work I do today in uplifting students from all walks of life.

I would be honored for the opportunity to share my techniques, stories, and passionate energy with your wonderful students. Not just as a facilitator, but as someone who once sat where many of them sit now—uncertain, unheard, and unsure of their own potential. I believe they deserve to hear that transformation is possible, and that they, too, can spark their own future.

Love is the invisible wire that connects our heart's best intentions.
